Managing incoming campaigns

When an advertiser selects your space and submits a campaign, you receive a request to review. This section explains the full campaign management workflow from notification to completion.

Getting notified

When an advertiser adds your space to a campaign and submits it, you receive:

  • A real-time notification in your dashboard Notifications section

  • An email alert with the campaign details

The notification tells you the campaign name, the advertiser's objective, and which of your spaces they've selected.

Reviewing a campaign request

Open the notification or navigate to the Received Campaigns section of your publisher dashboard. Each pending request shows:

  • Campaign title and objective

  • Advertiser's targeting parameters (locations, audience, dates)

  • Budget allocated to your space

  • Start and end dates

Review this information carefully. Ask yourself:

  • Does this campaign fit the audience of my space?

  • Is the brand or product appropriate for my editorial context?

  • Are the dates compatible with any existing commitments?

Approving a campaign

If the campaign is a good fit, click Approve. This confirms the placement:

  • The advertiser is notified immediately

  • Your space is marked as booked for the campaign dates

  • The campaign moves toward Active status on the start date

Rejecting a campaign

If the campaign doesn't fit, click Reject and provide a brief reason. Common reasons:

Reason
Example

Audience mismatch

The campaign targets a demographic very different from your audience

Content concerns

The product or brand doesn't align with your editorial values

Scheduling conflict

You already have an exclusive booking for those dates

Creative concerns

The proposed creative format doesn't suit your space

Being clear in your rejection reason helps the advertiser understand what to change and submit a better-matched campaign next time. It also builds your reputation as a reliable, communicative publisher.

You have 48 hours to respond to each request. If you don't respond within 48 hours, the system sends a follow-up reminder. Consistently slow response times reduce the attractiveness of your spaces to advertisers.

Communicating with advertisers

Use the Comments tab on any space or campaign to communicate directly with the advertiser. This is useful for:

  • Asking for clarification on creative assets

  • Confirming operational details for physical placements (outdoor, radio, TV)

  • Sharing post-campaign reports or results

  • Discussing repeat bookings

All communication is logged on both sides.

Submitting campaign results

After a campaign completes, you can upload results through the Results tab on the space detail page:

  • For digital placements: confirmed impressions and click data

  • For outdoor: photos of the installed creative

  • For TV/radio: broadcast confirmation and reach data

  • For print: tearsheets or publication confirmation

Providing thorough post-campaign results builds trust with advertisers and increases the likelihood of repeat bookings.
