Creating & configuring spaces

This section covers everything you need to know about building out your space catalogue on Publicit β€” from creating individual spaces to managing your full inventory.

The space creation form

The space creation form is the foundation of your presence on Publicit. Every field you complete makes your space more discoverable and more convincing to advertisers. See Creating your first space for a complete field-by-field walkthrough.

Bulk space upload

If you manage a large inventory β€” a network of outdoor panels, a portfolio of websites, a set of radio stations β€” creating spaces one by one is inefficient. Publicit supports bulk space upload so you can list multiple spaces at once.

From your publisher dashboard, click Bulk Space Upload and follow the instructions to prepare and submit your inventory file.

Editing an existing space

To edit any published space:

  1. Go to your Publisher Dashboard.

  2. Find the space in the spaces table and click Edit.

  3. Update the relevant fields.

  4. Save your changes.

Changes take effect immediately. If a campaign is already running on the space, changes to pricing and availability don't affect the active booking β€” they apply to future requests.

Managing space status

You control the visibility of each space:

Status
Effect

Active

Visible in advertiser search; open to campaign requests

Inactive

Hidden from search; no new requests accepted

Draft

Not published; only you can see it

Switch status using the toggle in the spaces table on your dashboard. Use Inactive when a space is temporarily unavailable (maintenance, seasonal closure, existing exclusive booking) but you plan to reactivate it.

Deleting a space

To remove a space permanently:

  1. Find it in the spaces table on your dashboard.

  2. Click Delete and confirm in the dialog.

Use the Buyers tab to track your relationships with recurring advertisers. Use Comments to communicate directly with an advertiser about their campaign.

Keeping your listings fresh

Advertisers filter by availability and sort by recency. Regularly updating your spaces β€” with new impression data, updated photos, or revised pricing β€” keeps your listings competitive and increases your visibility in search results.
