Creating your first space
Your first Space listing is the start of your inventory on Publicit. This guide walks you through every field in the Space creation form.
Getting to the form
From your publisher dashboard, click Create New Space.
Basic information
Contract name
The title of your Space. This is what advertisers see in search results, so be specific and descriptive.

Description
Describe the space: what it is, where it appears, who sees it, and why it's valuable. This is your pitch to the advertiser. Write it as you would a media kit entry.

Address
Full street address for physical spaces; website URL for digital
City
The city where the space is located
Region
The region or autonomous community
Country
Spain or other country
Coordinates
Latitude and longitude β enables map display in advertiser search
For digital spaces, location refers to where your audience is, not a physical address.

Contract type
Choose the primary channel for this space:
Digital
Websites, apps, newsletters, podcasts, social media
Exterior
Outdoor billboards, street furniture, transit
Newspapers, magazines
Television
TV spots, sponsorships, branded content
Radio
Audio spots, live mentions
Partnerships
Custom or hybrid formats
Format
Once you select a contract type, choose the specific format. Options vary by type:
Digital formats: Banner, In-stream video, Out-stream video, Native, Rich Media, Newsletter, Podcast, Social Media
TV formats: Spot, Sponsorship, Product Placement, Branded Content, Overlay
Radio formats: Spot, Mention en directo
Exterior: choose from the L1/L2/L3/L4 format hierarchy (Category β Subcategory β Format β Size)
Size / dimensions
Enter the physical or pixel dimensions of the space. For digital: width Γ height in pixels. For outdoor: width Γ height in cm or metres.
Digital / Physical toggle
Mark whether this space is digital or physical. This affects how impression data is collected and reported.
Pricing
Choose your pricing model:
Fixed price
Traditional formats; predictable, period-based pricing
CPM
Digital formats; price per 1,000 impressions
Custom
Complex packages or negotiated deals
Set the price, currency (EUR), and period (per week or per month).
You can also configure volume discounts β automatically reduce the price for longer booking periods or higher impression commitments.

Average weekly audience reach for this space
Monthly impressions
Average monthly audience reach
These numbers appear on your space listing and are used by advertisers to evaluate reach. Provide honest, verifiable figures.
Media uploads
Upload photos or screenshots of your space. For outdoor formats, show the physical location. For digital, show the placement in context on the page. Strong visual assets significantly increase the likelihood of advertiser interest.
Targeting & metadata
Help advertisers find your space by completing the targeting metadata:
Industry β which industries is this space most relevant for?
Target demographics β age, gender, interests, and household income of your audience
Frequency β how often can the space accept new campaigns (daily, weekly, monthly)?
Priority level β used internally for your inventory management
Publishing your space
When everything is filled in, click Publish to make the space live and visible to advertisers. Or click Save as draft to finish later.
Once published, your space is immediately searchable by advertisers. If you want to take it off the market temporarily, set the status to Inactive from the space settings.
