Getting paid: how it works

Payments on Publicit are handled through Stripe Connect. Here's the complete flow from advertiser payment to money in your bank account.

The payment flow

Funds arrive in 2–5 business days

When earnings are credited

Earnings are credited to your Stripe account after a campaign completes. The timing depends on:

  • Campaign end date β€” earnings are processed after the campaign's end date passes

  • Verification β€” a brief reconciliation period to confirm delivery (typically 1–3 business days after campaign end)

You'll see the credit appear in your Stripe earnings dashboard once processing is complete.

Initiating a payout

Publicit does not automatically transfer your earnings to your bank β€” you control when transfers happen.

To initiate a payout:

  1. Go to Dashboard β†’ Earnings.

  2. Click Pay out in your Stripe dashboard.

  3. Confirm the transfer amount and destination bank account.

  4. Submit.

Funds arrive in your bank account within 2–5 business days after you initiate the transfer, depending on your bank.

Payout flexibility

There's no fixed payout schedule on Publicit. You can initiate a payout whenever your balance has earnings available β€” weekly, monthly, or whenever it suits your cash flow. There's no minimum required transfer amount beyond Stripe's standard minimums.

Commission deduction

Publicit deducts a platform commission from each campaign payment before crediting your earnings. You always see:

  • Gross campaign value β€” what the advertiser paid for your space

  • Commission β€” Publicit's platform fee

  • Net earnings β€” what gets credited to you

This breakdown is visible in your Stripe transaction history for every campaign.

Multiple campaigns, multiple credits

Each completed campaign generates a separate earnings credit. If you run multiple spaces and receive campaigns from different advertisers at different times, each campaign appears as an individual transaction in your Stripe history. This makes it straightforward to reconcile earnings by campaign and by space.
