Understanding your inventory
Everything you list on Publicit is called a Space. Understanding what a Space is and how it works is the foundation of using the platform effectively.
What is a Space?
A Space is a specific advertising placement that you own and control. It can be anything you can sell advertising on:
A digital banner placement on your website
A billboard on a specific road
A 30-second radio spot in your morning show
A full-page ad in your magazine
A TV sponsorship slot in your programme lineup
A newsletter ad unit in your weekly email
A podcast mid-roll placement
Each Space is listed independently with its own details, pricing, and analytics. Advertisers browse, evaluate, and book individual Spaces β they're buying exactly what you've described, not a vague placement in a broader inventory pool.
What makes a great Space listing
Advertisers make decisions based on your listing. The more complete and accurate your Space details are, the more likely you are to receive campaign requests.
Clear title and description
Advertisers search by keyword; good descriptions surface your Space in relevant results
Accurate location
Geographic targeting is critical for local and regional campaigns
Honest impressions data
Advertisers use this to evaluate reach and calculate CPM cost
Pricing model and price
Clearly priced spaces convert faster; ambiguity reduces requests
Photos or media
Visual proof of the space builds confidence, especially for outdoor formats
Format and dimensions
Advertisers need to know their creative will fit
