Minimum payout threshold
The minimum payout threshold is the minimum balance required to initiate a transfer from your Stripe account to your bank.
Stripe's standard minimums
The minimum transfer amount is set by Stripe and varies by currency and country. For EUR payouts (most European publishers), the minimum is typically a small amount (a few euros) β effectively no meaningful threshold for most publishers.
Check your Stripe dashboard for the exact minimum applicable to your account and currency.
No earnings expiry
Your earnings never expire. If a campaign completes and the payment is small, the earnings sit in your Stripe balance until you initiate a transfer β they're always yours, regardless of how long they accumulate.
When earnings appear
After a campaign completes:
Earnings are processed within 1β3 business days after the campaign end date.
They appear in your Stripe balance as a credit.
You can see the credit in your transaction history with the campaign reference.
At any point after the credit appears, you can initiate a payout.
Recommended approach
While there's no required schedule, most publishers find it practical to initiate payouts on a monthly basis β at the end of each month, or whenever the balance reaches a meaningful amount. This reduces the administrative overhead of frequent small transfers.
If cash flow is a priority and you're running high-value campaigns, you can initiate payouts more frequently β there's no restriction on how often you transfer.
