# Frequently asked questions

***

## Account & getting started

**How do I create an advertiser account?**\
Go to [dashboard.publicit.es/register](https://www.dashboard.publicit.es/register), create an account, verify your email, and select **Advertiser** when asked for your account type. The whole process takes under 5 minutes.

**Is there a minimum spend or monthly commitment?**\
No. There's no minimum spend, no monthly subscription, and no commitment. You pay per campaign, only when you submit one.

**Can I use Publicit without an agency?**\
Yes. Publicit is a fully self-serve platform. You create, manage, and pay for campaigns directly — no intermediaries.

**Can I manage campaigns for multiple brands or clients from one account?**\
Yes. You can create separate campaigns for different brands under a single account. For fully separate billing and reporting, we recommend creating separate accounts per client. Contact <info@publicit.es> to discuss agency account options.

## Campaigns & inventory

**What types of media can I buy on Publicit?**\
Digital display, video, native, newsletters, podcasts, social media, outdoor/OOH billboards, television, radio, print, and custom partnerships. All from one platform.

**How do I know if a specific space is available?**\
Use the **Availability** filter when searching spaces. Available spaces are shown in the search results. If a space you want is not currently available, you can reach out to the publisher via the platform to ask about future availability.

**How long does it take for a campaign to go live after I submit it?**\
Publishers typically respond within **48 hours**, though that is a normal response time rather than a system deadline. If you set a start date at least 3 business days out, you give the requests room to come back before it. You're notified as each publisher responds.

**Can I add more spaces to a campaign after submitting?**\
You can discuss adding spaces with our team. For significant changes to a live campaign, contact <info@publicit.es>.

**Why was my campaign rejected by a publisher?**\
Publishers may reject campaigns that don't align with their editorial values, audience, or current availability. The rejection notification includes a reason. You can adjust your campaign and resubmit, or search for alternative inventory.

**Can I target multiple cities in one campaign?**\
Yes. You can add multiple locations to a single campaign's targeting settings. You can also create separate campaigns per city for more granular control and reporting.

## Billing & payments

**When am I charged?**\
Payment is taken when you submit your campaign — before publisher review. This confirms your intent and releases the inventory for publisher consideration.

**What happens if a publisher rejects my campaign after I've paid?**\
You'll receive a notification with the reason. If all spaces in the campaign are rejected, contact <info@publicit.es> to arrange a refund or credit. If only some spaces are rejected, the campaign continues with the confirmed spaces.

**What payment methods do you accept?**\
Visa, Mastercard, and American Express credit and debit cards, processed securely via Stripe.

**How do I get an invoice?**\
Every payment generates an invoice immediately. Go to **Dashboard → Payments** and click **Download invoice** on any transaction row.

**Do you apply VAT?**\
Yes. VAT is applied to the combined base of your media budget plus the 10% platform fee: 21% for advertisers in Spain and in the rest of the EU, and 0% outside the EU. If you are an EU business outside Spain with a valid VAT number, the intra-community reverse charge is validated at invoice time rather than at charge time, so you are charged 21% up front. See [Invoices](/advertiser/billing-and-finance/invoices.md) for the full breakdown.

## Reporting & analytics

**What performance data can I see?**\
For digital placements: impressions, clicks, and CTR. For offline formats: publisher-reported audience estimates. All broken down by space within the campaign detail view.

**How do I connect Publicit performance to my website analytics?**\
Use UTM parameters in the click URLs of your digital placements. This lets tools like Google Analytics attribute traffic from your Publicit campaigns.

**Can I download a performance report?**\
Invoice PDFs are available for all payments. For custom performance data exports, contact <info@publicit.es>.

## Support

**How do I contact the support team?**\
Email <info@publicit.es>. We aim to respond within one business day.

**Is there a dedicated account manager?**\
For high-volume advertisers and agencies, we offer dedicated account support. Contact us to discuss.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the following URL with the `ask` and `goal` query parameters:

```
GET https://docs.publicit.com/advertiser/faq/faq.md?ask=<question>&goal=<user_goal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is what the user is ultimately trying to achieve, the reason they need the answer. Sharing it helps GitBook give you a better, more relevant answer. A goal is most helpful when it describes the outcome the user wants rather than restating the question. For example, with `ask=how do I create an API token`, a goal like `automate deployments from our CI pipeline` lets GitBook tailor the answer to that use case.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
